Day 1


Meet & Greet at London Gatwick International Airport. Assistance given at check in for the Norwegian Airlines flight to Rovaniemi.


En route from the airport, a private lunch was served at the beautiful Forest Manor where guests were greeted by the sight of reindeer.


Transfer to the Santa Claus Hotel. Private check in and welcome drink.

When guests entered their rooms, they found size-specific Arctic Survival Suits & Boots waiting for them, with a note to be ready fully dressed by 7pm.


Exclusive dinner at Snowland: an amazing igloo restaurant completely made of snow and ice. Welcome drink served in an ice glass, followed by a 3 course dinner served on ice tables.

Day 2


Guests met in the lobby, fully dressed in their Arctic Survival wear, before taking control of their own snowmobiles for an Arctic Adventure on a route that took us across frozen lakes and through forests, until we reached the Rovaniemi Lapp Village.

Activity: Winter Olympics which included tobogganing, snowmobile skill tests, snowshoe races, quad bike slalom, tandem skiing, building a Lapp “kota” tent, ice golf and kick sledging.


Guests drove their snowmobiles down an icy river to Poropirtti Restaurant, which is housed in an old wooden schoolhouse.

Day 3


Transfer to Kemi where guests boarded a privately chartered Ice Breaking Ship: the Sampo.

During the four hour Sole Chartered cruise through the metres-thick ice of the Bothnian Sea, guests had the chance to get acquainted with the entire ship, from bridge to engine room and also experience a swim in survival suits.


Served on board


Gala Dinner in the Royal Reindeer Restaurant with entertainment provided by singers and dancers who at first were disguised as waiters. Desserts and digestifs were delivered on a Viking boat. A fabulous evening that went long into the night!

Day 4


Return flight on Norwegian Airlines to London Gatwick.
